QA Tester – Oracle Core Banking Cloud & Payments

Job Summary
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for Oracle Core Banking Cloud implementations, validating payment workflows, transaction processing, interfaces, and integrations. Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across banking applications while identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure applications meet business, compliance, and operational requirements within Agile ceremonies. Support UAT activities, production validation, and API functionality validation using SQL for backend data processing. This remote role supports a large-scale implementation with Oracle as the payment rail platform, requiring 8+ years of QA experience in complex enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing
- Strong experience testing Payments platforms and payment processing systems
- Strong understanding of payment rails, transaction processing, settlement, and reconciliation workflows
- Experience performing functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
- Experience validating APIs, interfaces, and data flows between banking systems
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote team environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting banking or financial services clients preferred
- Experience working with Oracle Core Banking Cloud solutions is highly desired
