Job Summary
Develop detailed test plans and cases, execute functional and non-functional tests, and document bugs for development team resolution. Perform regression and performance testing to ensure stability, collaborate with end-users on UAT, and utilize automation tools where appropriate. Recommend improvements to testing processes and stay updated on new testing strategies and tools. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-5 years of QA experience with strong SQL and scripting skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in software quality assurance: 1+ years for Junior roles
- Proven experience in software quality assurance: 3+ years for Semi-Senior roles
- Proven experience in software quality assurance: 5+ years for Senior roles
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Familiarity with automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
- Solid understanding of SQL and scripting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
