Job Summary
Create and implement quality coordination and testing strategies while suggesting solutions to identified product problems. Test current products to identify deficiencies, investigate quality issues, and collect data to establish key KPIs. Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy by collaborating with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution. Oversee continuous improvement projects, identify process bottlenecks, and prepare reports and metrics for Senior Management. Requires a B.Tech degree in Computer Science or IT, 0-2 years of experience with automation and manual testing techniques, and familiarity with tools like Browserstack and Selenium.
Required Qualifications
- A B.Tech degree in Computer Science or IT
- 0-2 years' experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as Automation testing, Manual testing, Regression testing, Unit testing, Functional testing, Agile, and Scrum methodology testing
- Experience with software QA tools like Browserstack, Selenium, etc.
- Experience with web security technology
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills, with superb attention to detail
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a laptop or desktop to work
