Job Summary
Design, develop, and execute functional, exploratory, regression, API, integration, and data validation test cases based on user stories. Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps while maintaining test strategies and Tosca automated regression suites. Coordinate testing across Development, UAT, and Staging environments, support test data creation, and conduct non-functional testing for performance, security, and load. Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with stakeholders to improve software quality, and monitor production defects to inform release go/no-go decisions. Join the Nucleus Product Team in an Agile environment with 6–8 years of QA experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) and Manual Testing
- Strong expertise in Functional Testing, Exploratory Testing, Regression Testing, and Risk-Based Testing
- Hands-on experience with API Testing, Integration Testing, and Data Validation Testing
- Experience creating test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong knowledge of defect management, troubleshooting, and defect lifecycle management
- Experience with Tosca or similar test automation tools
- Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other test management and defect tracking tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

- Experience with Tosca test automation
