Job Summary
Plan, manage, and monitor testing activities for worker's compensation legacy system modernization. Execute quality assurance testing strategy with client leadership, overseeing user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing. Create test suites, scripts, and test data while reviewing business user results and documenting defect status. Coordinate scheduling, provide team mentoring, and participate in agile scrum meetings. Work onsite in Austin, TX, with a minimum of four years in QA management and Oracle database experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience evaluating requirements from end users and applying those in test plan development
- 4 years of experience performing QA and ADAA testing on web-based applications
- 4 years of experience performing manual QA testing
- 4 years of experience working with Oracle 12c or 19c databases, evaluating database table structure using data dictionaries and entity relationship diagrams, and writing custom Oracle SQL queries
- 2 years of experience writing documentation of work performed
- 2 years of experience working on a team as a QA lead or manager, overseeing a team of QA testers, delegating work, and evaluating performance
- 2 years of experience using automated testing tools
- 1 year of experience working on an agile scrum team and knowledge of basic scrum practices
Desired Qualifications
- 4 years of experience evaluating automated testing tools for QA
- 1 year of experience working with State of Texas regulatory applications/systems
- Experience working in with client's applications and databases
