Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks across UI, API, and integration layers to ensure comprehensive coverage for web, mobile, and platform environments. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid feedback loops and support continuous delivery, while partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to define acceptance criteria and quality standards. Analyze defects to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability in alignment with SaaS expectations. Maintain reusable documentation and contribute to evolving QA standards and best practices. This office-first role requires at least four days in Reading, PA.

Required Qualifications

  • QA Automation Test Engineer
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts across UI, API, and integration layers
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features and enhancements in web, mobile, and platform environments
  • Continuously improve automation strategies to increase speed, reliability, and scalability of testing
  • Act as a core member of an Agile product team
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define acceptance criteria and quality standards
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Contribute to early-stage design and development discussions to proactively identify risks and improve testability
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure tests run efficiently and reliably across environments
  • Validate system stability, performance, and scalability
  • Analyze defects to identify root causes
  • Partner with engineering teams to implement long-term solutions
  • Advocate for preventative quality practices
  • Create and manage test data to support automated and performance testing scenarios
  • Validate system performance, reliability, and uptime in alignment with SaaS expectations
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to scalability and system performance
  • Contribute to the evolution of QA and automation standards, tools, and frameworks
  • Stay current with emerging testing tools, frameworks, and industry best practices
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex test automation issues
  • Maintain clear and reusable documentation for test frameworks and scripts
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to improve system design and testability
  • This position is based out of our corporate offices in Reading, PA
  • This is an office first position
  • At least 4 days in office
