Job Summary
QA Technician responsible for daily QA factory audits, incident response for Food Safety/Quality on the NO shift, SAP-based inventory/document control, COA verification, instrument calibration, environmental monitoring, and support for QA systems. Requires HS Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and 1-3 years in manufacturing/quality/food safety; must be proficient in MS Office and able to operate in a rotating shift pattern including nights. Must be detail-oriented with strong data-entry and documentation skills, capable of handling quality-related communications with vendors and internal teams, and able to assist in laboratory testing and sensory sampling processes.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field preferred
- 1-3 years experience in manufacturing, quality or food safety desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
