Job Summary
Tag bulk product containers and pallets per company policy, sample bulk and finished products for attribute grade analysis using USDA criteria, and test facilities to establish microbial presence and tolerance. Verify key plant systems including blanching, freezing, and sanitizing functions, audit production processes such as cutting and freezing, and communicate variances to supervisory personnel. Adhere to all safety policies and report unsafe activities immediately. Full-time role in Paterson, WA with an anticipated close date of 08/26/2026. Requires high school diploma, three to six months of related experience, and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- three to six months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Basic personal computer skills
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
