Job Summary

Conduct routine quality and food safety inspections on the production floor, verify sanitation and GMP compliance, and perform documented metal detector checks. Review production records for accuracy, identify non-conformities, and assist with corrective actions while communicating concerns to leadership. Train employees on quality standards and support continuous improvement activities within the new Salt Lake City manufacturing facility.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work the regular overnight schedule: Monday–Wednesday | 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.
  • Flexibility to work other shifts when business needs require, including for training, production coverage, staffing needs, or other operational requirements
  • Ability to work weekends

Desired Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Food manufacturing or other process-manufacturing experience
  • Previous Quality Assurance, quality control, food safety, or GMP experience
  • PCQI certification
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to recognize quality or food safety concerns and communicate them clearly
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
