Job Summary
Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in all Quality Assurance activities in Production and in Laboratory to assure exceptional quality product is delivered to the customer. Conduct product & process verification, bottle testing and ensure customer specifications are met. Perform routine quality checks, complete equipment verifications, and execute line clearance procedures. Demonstrate proficiency with quality documentation, COA review, and data management using the document management system. Understand IMS basics, CAQ concepts, AQL and sampling plans, participate in root cause analyses (RCA), and contribute to continual improvements. The role emphasizes entry-level QA responsibilities, collaboration, accuracy in data and paperwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year of experience with physical lab testing equipment
- computer basics
- ability to work well with others
- good decision making with minimal supervision
- ability to multitask
- good organizational skills
