QA Technician 3rd Shift

Conduct standardized tests and audits throughout production stages to verify ingredient, in-process, and finished product requirements against internal standards, customer specifications, and legal regulations. Record test data including weight, temperature, moisture, color, aeration, consistency, quality, and quantity while maintaining a clean work area to prevent contamination. Propose process improvement recommendations and communicate equipment or quality problems to operators and management to eliminate irregularities. Review production documents for accuracy, train employees on GMPs, and notify supervisors if protocols are not followed. Assist team members with assigned duties and serve as backup for the Quality Assurance Supervisor when absent.
