Job Summary
QA Technician – 3rd shift in Lynn, MA (Full-Time). Enforces food safety and quality systems (HACCP, SQF, GMPs) within a food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include continuous monitoring of procedures, performing quality checks and tests on in-process and finished products, completing daily documentation and data entry, reporting detailed quality issues, conducting operational and pre-operational inspections and sanitation verifications, calibrating test equipment (thermometers, ATP units, temperature loggers), and supporting SQF program requirements and GMP audits. Requires basic math, computer skills, attention to detail, and strong communication (English; Spanish preferred); requires availability to work a full-time schedule including Saturdays. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in food manufacturing, knowledge of USDA & FDA requirements, and ability to maintain accurate records and traceability. Pay range $18-$21/hour.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years relevant experience in food manufacturing
