QA Technician 1 (Temporary)

Conduct daily production activities within the probe card manufacturing environment, performing hands-on operational tasks across photolithography, thin film processing, etching, plating, assembly, test, and visual/mechanical inspection. Operate equipment according to standard work instructions, perform setup and calibration, and troubleshoot minor issues while collecting data to support process optimization. Assist engineering teams in executing tests and experiments to improve production processes and share knowledge with peers for continuous skill development. Work in a cleanroom environment requiring PPE, standing for extended periods, from Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday between 6:00am and 6:15pm.
