Job Summary
Conduct daily egg inspections across varying sites, including nest runs and finished goods, while performing 100 egg inspections at all locations as needed. Review departmental documents, pest control logs, sanitation records, and chemical logs to provide feedback to supervisors and managers. Execute equipment calibrations for thermometers and pH sensors, prepare and ship environmental swabs, and track EB samples and yolk color analysis. Enter water usage data, tanker solids analysis results, and feed mill toxin data into spreadsheets. Learn and apply HACCP, Quality Code, and Fraud Program principles across processing departments. Maintain professional communication with diverse personnel and perform facility and housekeeping inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication skills
- Completion of pre-req with a passing score of the certifying agency
- Completion of HACCP certification with passing score
- Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least up to 25lbs routinely throughout the day
- Follow all company safety rules
- Proper PPE
- Safety Training in LMS completed
