QA Tech 1st Shift: work between the hours of 4:50am-3:00pm

Conduct line audits of cooked products, recording internal temperatures, metal detector status, speed, weights, and code dates. Perform weekly environmental swabs and daily sample collections for lab testing, while maintaining shelf life and organoleptic duties. Inspect cooler and freezer temperatures, calibrate scales and thermometers, and execute hourly piece counts. Cook samples from all lines and complete paperwork on sanitation compliance. Adhere to safety rules, wear PPE, and follow Good Manufacturing Procedures while keeping assigned areas clean and performing other duties as assigned.
