Job Summary
Define and implement quality assurance best practices, including test plans, cases, and strategies. Utilize Playwright with JavaScript for automation while performing Black Box, Grey Box, Exploratory, Smoke, Regression, and End-to-End testing. Conduct root cause analysis on defects, collaborate with developers to resolve bugs, and accurately document issues with detailed reproduction steps. Lead a team of two QA engineers, share constructive feedback to improve product quality, and present test results based on department standards. This role requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Playwright, JIRA, TestRail, and Java frameworks, with a start date of 23 days annual leave and a salary range of 3,200 to 3,600 EUR gross.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software testing
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and JavaScript
- Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as JIRA
- Experience working with test management tools like TestRail
- Experience with java based testing frameworks such as TestNG, Spring
- Experience using CI tools
- Experience with SQL database queries
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and procedures
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) processes
- Experience testing on various platforms, including mobile and desktop environments
- Lead a team of 2 people
