Job Summary
QA Systems and Compliance Expert responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the site Quality Management System to ensure GMP/regulatory compliance, data integrity, and adherence to Novartis Quality Manual. Provides governance across quality systems, CAPA, deviations, change control, inspection readiness, supplier quality oversight, audits (internal and external), and continuous improvement. Supports QA Systems & Compliance Manager with governance meetings, quality reporting, CAPA follow-up, and quality improvements; requires advanced degree in a scientific field and relevant GMP experience; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; fluent English and Dutch is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline, pharmacy, life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Ideally 3–4 years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment, preferably within Quality Assurance.
