Job Summary
Coordinate incoming inspection process for all product; develop and monitor new supplier and current supplier performance; coordinate part problem follow-up to supplier; supervise quality checks, testing, and sampling to maintain product standards; evaluate and authorize quality reports, corrective measures, and related documentation; ensure company production aligns with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, IATF).
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelore2e9s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience as QA Supervisor or Quality Assurance Specialist within the manufacturing industry
- Good understanding about Quality Control and Incoming Inspection system
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical thinking & problem solving skills
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Effective communication & leadership skills
- Proficient in using MS.Office
