QA SUPERVISOR

Job Summary
QA Supervisor leads a team of QA Auditors and Records Management Technicians to ensure the Quality Assurance audit program aligns with regulatory requirements (TCCA, FAA, EASA, UK CAA). Responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled internal audits, producing written reports/investigations, coordinating corrective action plans, validating events in APRISe, and ensuring timely actions. Will assist inspectors with technical/regulatory issues, coach and develop staff, recruit and train employees, and maintain relationships with customer representatives and stakeholders. Active participation in the Safety Management System (SMS), reporting hazards/incidents, and upholding the company safety policy. Requires College Diploma, AME M2 Licence, and an QA Lead Auditor credential (IOSA preferred), with at least 5 years of related experience. Proficient in MS Office; strong knowledge of airworthiness and safety regulations within an aircraft maintenance environment.

- Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong understanding of airworthiness and safety regulations, policies, and procedures
- Supervisory experience within an aircraft maintenance environment
