QA Supervisor

Job Summary
QA Supervisor accountable for sustaining quality and food safety programs, ensuring product meets customer requirements, and leading a QA Technician staff to deliver required documentation for regulatory and business needs. Builds and maintains training programs, coaches and disciplines staff as needed, and collaborates with other departments to achieve Creekstone Farms Premium Beef, LLC goals. Responsibilities include directing hourly QA staff, ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance, developing staff growth opportunities, scheduling to optimize labor resources and profitability, updating the quality manual, addressing customer quality complaints, and maintaining high standards of sanitation, health, and safety. Qualifications include 5+ years supervising QA/operations, strong knowledge of beef processing and USDA requirements, experience with diverse labor, leadership and problem-solving capabilities, and bilingual English/Spanish plus SQF2000/ISO9000 certifications are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as a supervisor in a quality assurance or operations function.
- Working knowledge of beef processing, ground beef and USDA regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with a diverse labor force.
