QA Supervisor (3rd Shift) - SIGNING BONUS

Job Summary
Supervise daily production floor activities for QA technicians, coordinating quality initiatives and providing technical support for food safety systems including SQF, HACCP, and GMP. Review operational paperwork, manage QC lab inventory, and support internal and third-party audits by analyzing results and deficiencies. Oversee product releases, assist with hold, trace, and recall programs, and reduce foreign object contamination while performing daily product and customer complaint reviews. Work the 3rd shift (10pm-7am, Sunday through Thursday) in Pembroke, NC, with a signing bonus of $2,500. Join a high-growth dessert manufacturing organization owned by Bain Capital.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Previous knowledge working in food production Quality Assurance department
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Must have a flexible schedule including working weekends, as necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
- Follows production dress code standards and maintains good personal hygiene
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to push/pull up to 45 pounds
