QA Staff Engineer

Lead Quality Engineers in managing global customer accounts by defining engineering strategies, developing QA plans, and coordinating corrective actions for supplier or customer discrepancies. Recruit, interview, and mentor Quality Engineers and Technicians while establishing measurable goals, tracking operational metrics, and creating training curricula to drive continuous improvement. Streamline processes to reduce costs, maintain documentation systems, and interface with all departments to implement process optimization and standardization. Provide technical support on quality issues and participate in vendor surveys to aid supplier process improvements.
