Job Summary
Define and specify activities, processes, and standards to fulfill quality requirements for materials, components, or products. Build and maintain infrastructure to ensure timely delivery of quality products while auditing manufacturing processes against ISO 9001, AS9100, and regulatory standards. Conduct tests on materials or samples to verify compliance, report and troubleshoot manufacturing process deviations and defects, and identify equipment performance issues. Requires 2-5 years of experience, vocational/technical training, and ability to lift 45 pounds. This Safety-Sensitive 2nd Shift role involves moderate supervision, long periods of standing, and potential work outside normal business hours or different shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational/Technical Training Degree
- 2-5 years' experience
- Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate
- Ability to operate machinery
- Willingness to work a different shift
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours
- Safety-Sensitive clearance/eligibility
Desired Qualifications
