QA/SQE Supervisor

Job Summary
QA/SQE Supervisor responsible for leading the QA/SQE Department at the automotive supplier, coordinating supplier quality activities, managing PPAP/APQP processes, conducting supplier audits, and ensuring quality output across internal and external stakeholders. Requires extensive automotive industry experience, strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to travel regularly to Reynosa, Mexico. The role emphasizes OEM knowledge, engineering background, and language skills (Spanish/Japanese a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; focus on Mechanical or Electronics preferred
- 5+ years of experience in automotive supplier quality engineering
- Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, supplier audits, and quality systems
- Must be comfortable traveling regularly to Reynosa, Mexico minimum (3) days per week. (secured company transport provided)
- Language skills: Spanish or Japanese is a plus
