Job Summary
Execute QA-related tasks and processes, including running weekly reports to validate plan flags and billing reports to verify test claim reversals before the billing cycle. Write reports and testing procedures to ensure accurate plan setups and document approved test claims. Review materials to determine if plan changes match client requests and collaborate with various departments to update plans accordingly. Make presentations to peers as department learning tools. Requires Certified Pharmacy Technician certification with Quality Control experience. Full-time role with comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications

- at least one year experience

- Knowledge of R&R Reports Works
