Job Summary
Prepare and implement Quality Assurance policies, procedures, and review cycles while maintaining internal audit programs and schedules. Participate in audits to create reports, evaluate findings, and aid in corrective action implementation. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, generate reports, and lead or support Quality training initiatives. Administer material review boards and databases as needed. May lead or support various projects assigned. Requires an Associate's degree with 2-4 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work stationary or mobile within GD-OTS facilities. Up to 25% travel likely. This Safety-Sensitive role supports OTS's mission to empower U.S. military and allies with munitions and weapon systems.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time
- Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities
- May need to stand for long periods of time
- Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery
- Must be able to work a different shift
- This position is Safety-Sensitive
- Up to 25% travel likely
