QA Specialist I

Maintain and upgrade Quality Assurance systems, including surveillance and certification audits for Food and Feed safety. Conduct internal and external audits, as well as vendor and contract lab assessments, while ensuring audit scores meet requirements. Process and product validation using statistical tools like SQC or SPC, and effectively address process failures to prevent re-occurrence. Impart training to staff on GMP, FSMS, and QMS requirements. Lead management review meetings effectively. Requires an MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology with 4-6 years of relevant experience. Located in Gummidipoondi.
