Job Summary
QA Specialist for in-home visits to monitor and report on the quality of services provided by Home Care Aides and to evaluate whether care plans meet client needs. Conducts in-home visits in Prescott, AZ, reviews Welcome Packet with new clients, and prepares evaluation reports while ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations. Maintains schedules, participates in branch meetings, upholds confidentiality, demonstrates strong communication and teamwork, and supports continuous quality improvement; requires Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency and valid driver’s license with insurance for local travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of senior services or related social service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-focused and customer service driven
- Computer experience – Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance for travel within the branch service areas
