Job Summary

Review Patient Identity Expert work and provide feedback on quality while collaborating with Identity Managers on procedure testing. Monitor remote team quality results, conduct productivity calls with staff not meeting standards, and document follow-ups in Teams. Update project QA Teams, assist in task assignments, and maintain quality standards within the IDM system. This remote role supports the Identity Manager and requires meeting PIE progression requirements and demonstrating high confidentiality with sensitive healthcare data.

Required Qualifications

  • Meeting or exceeding PIE progression requirements for the QA level established on the PIE Progression chart
  • Ability to work with remote teams and or individuals utilizing virtual technology and tools
  • Ability to meet deadlines on time sensitive projects
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex duplicate validity requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of a variety of hospital health information systems
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality to handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to think independently
