QA Specialist - Entry Level - 1st shift

Job Summary
Conduct incoming inspections on materials, parts, labels, and products to verify dimensions, specifications, and approved documentation. Identify defects, damage, quantity discrepancies, and other quality issues while documenting results and rejected materials. Support investigations, corrective actions, and customer or internal quality requests by collaborating with Quality, Production, Receiving, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams. Work Monday through Thursday 7am–3:30pm and Friday 6am–2:30pm in the 1st shift. Requires high school diploma, attention to detail, and ability to use measuring tools like calipers and barcode readers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Oracle
- Ability to use rulers, calipers, gauges, barcode readers, and similar inspection tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision
- 1st Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am – 3:30pm, Friday 6am – 2:30pm
- Indefinite U.S. work authorization
