Job Summary
QA/QC Supervisor overseeing reliability of Rabigh Power Company services. Focus on maintenance inspections of static equipment, IMS (Quality Management System, Environment Management System and OHSAS), and condition monitoring (vibration, temperature, and overall facility performance). Develops and implements a comprehensive reliability program covering maintenance, work quality, spare parts, and cross-department collaboration to meet KPI targets and contractual commitments. Responsible for writing inspection worksheets, updating equipment history, documenting inspection history, writing procedures, reviewing contractor work scopes, and ensuring 100% OSI inspections and high adherence to scheduled condition monitoring and performance tests; leads plant inspections, prioritizes tasks, and ensures effective communication in English.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related fields)
- Certificate in inspection (construction and maintenance related)
- Excellent knowledge of power plant operations and maintenance
- At least 5 years of related experience in a power plant or utilities environment
- Strong organizational and report-writing skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
