Job Summary
Lead Construction Quality Management for Blue Origin's Launch Pad Rebuild Efforts by demonstrating leadership in Safety and Quality while promoting ownership and accountability. Maintain strict adherence to project schedules and escalate issues or concerns when necessary across multiple Lines of Effort including structural restoration, piping, power systems, and cryogenic fuel infrastructure. Serve as a fully embedded member of the Owner's Construction Management team, applying extensive quality expertise to support safe and timely delivery of assigned workstreams. Full onsite deployment required in Cape Canaveral, FL from June 15 to October 15, 2026, with 12-hour days on a 4-on/4-off rotation.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship or legal residency
- Must be able to pass a background screen
- Must be available for full onsite deployment (no remote/hybrid options)
- Must be available for full-time onsite assignment in Cape Canaveral, FL starting between June 15 and July 15, 2026, and willing to remain through project completion (currently forecast for late October 2026)
- 7–10+ years of experience in Quality Management
- Experience with large-scale structural steel and concrete construction
- Experience with electrical systems, process utilities, instrumentation & controls
- Demonstrated experience leading QA/QC programs on complex construction projects
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience accepted)
- Experience supporting commissioning activities preferred
