Job Summary
The Quality (QA/QC) Manager is responsible for assisting operations with the implementation and compliance of existing quality assurance/quality control programs, conducting jobsite inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to quality expectations, and performing audits to identify areas of concern. Successful candidates will have QA/QC experience in the construction industry and at least 5 years of industry experience. The role requires extensive travel, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
Required Qualifications
- QA/QC experience in the construction industry
- 5+ years of Industry experience and training
- Ability to travel extensively (75% or more)
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven
- An acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
Desired Qualifications
- QA/QC Certification in ISO or the American Society for Quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
