QA/QC Manager - (Intimate Apparel) Based in China

Job Summary
QA/QC Manager responsible for coordinating QC activities across factories for intimate apparel and seamless garments, ensuring ex-factory dates are met, implementing continuous improvement, rating factories against Trafilea standards, approving testing and publishing reports, maintaining QC dates in the WIP system, enforcing the use of quality inspection reports and ITS testing protocols, ensuring social compliance, maintaining vetting and standards documentation, and delivering daily/weekly reporting to HQ with corrective actions when needed. Strong focus on 100% AQL 2.5 inspections, supplier quality management, and data-driven quality assurance in a remote-friendly production environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of Quality experience (focused on intimates/seamless garments)
- 5+ years of management or process management experience
- Good English communication skills
- 5+ years of product exposure or related
- Basic Excel and PowerPoint
