Job Summary
QA/QC Manager for Data Center Facilities Operations: manage the overall quality of multiple data center construction projects, focusing on installation and commissioning of critical infrastructure systems; lead site walkthroughs, commissioning acceptance, and development/approval of MOPs; supervise on-site staff and contractors; maintain client relationships and provide performance reporting; develop multi-facility O&M programs and drive continuous improvement aligned with company standards; ensure readiness to support 99.999% uptime and coordinate with Design/Construction teams; strong background in electrical/mechanical systems and data center environments; travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of data center facility construction and commissioning experience
- 3-5 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Controls
- 5+ years leadership experience in data center facilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering a plus
- Superior analytical, planning and problem resolution skills
- Highly organized with proven project management abilities
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills & customer relation skills
- Ability to work independently; self-starter
- Travel up to 50% as needed
- MS Office Suite
