Job Summary
QA / QC Manager for Data Center Facilities Operations oversees QA/QC across multi-site data-center construction projects, focusing on installation and commissioning of critical infrastructure (power, mechanical, HVAC, fire / life safety). Responsible for ensuring procedures and standards are followed, communicating status to senior management, site acceptance and commissioning, development and approval of MOPs, and providing coverage for on-site facility management. Leads data center operations quality programs, develops process documentation and training materials, analyzes performance benchmarks, and drives continuous improvement of Critical Environment programs. Requires substantial experience in data center operations, strong analytical and communication skills, leadership experience, and ability to coordinate with design/construction teams and vendors; willing to travel locally and then to other sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of data center facility construction and commissioning experience
- 3-5 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Controls
- 5+ years leadership experience in data center facilities
- Traveler role - willing to travel locally to Augusta, GA and later other locations (travel-heavy)
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
