QA-QC Inspector

Job Summary
Conduct inspections and quality verification activities to ensure work complies with client specifications, ASME and CSA codes, and project quality plans. Coordinate and oversee quality control activities including flanged and welded connections, non-destructive examination, post-weld heat treatment, and pressure testing. Maintain accurate quality records, review documentation for compliance, and support audits and client reviews. Identify deficiencies and support corrective actions while communicating inspection findings to project teams and subcontractors. This safety-sensitive position requires CSA W178.2 Level I certification and a minimum of three years of experience in industrial construction or oil and gas environments.
Required Qualifications
- CSA W178.2 Level I certification (or higher) with applicable endorsements and a valid eye exam
- Minimum 3 years of quality inspection experience in industrial construction, maintenance, turnarounds, or oil and gas environments
- Strong knowledge of ASME and CSA code requirements
- experience in welding, torque, and pressure testing procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
- strong communication skills
- the ability to maintain attention to detail in dynamic field environments
- completion of drug and alcohol testing
Desired Qualifications
- Technical education (WET, MET, or related discipline) or Journeyperson certification
