QA / QC Expeditor

Job Summary
QA/QC Expeditor responsible for ensuring timely execution and delivery of turbine accessory modules (skids), piping spools, and associated equipment while complying with project specifications and codes. Bridges quality control, inspection coordination, and supplier expediting to align manufacturing, documentation, and inspection release with project schedules; ensures turbine auxiliary skids and piping systems are fabricated per code, inspected without delays, and dispatched with full documentation on time. Travel to fabricator locations as required; monitor welding, NDT, and painting inspections; coordinate final documentation and MDR completion; close non-conformities before shipment; requires strong vendor management, follow-up, and the ability to work across multiple sites in a collaborative, process-driven team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in manufacturing or project-based environments.
- Familiarity with QA / QC documentation.
- Strong follow-up.
- Vendor Management & coordination
- Problem solving under schedule pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
