QA/QC Engineer - Mechanical

QA/QC Engineer - Mechanical responsible for developing and implementing QA/QC plans, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and procedures. Review and approve quality-related documents, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs). Monitor adherence to quality management systems and procedures. Conduct inspections of mechanical installations, fabrication, welding, piping, HVAC, and equipment. Verify materials received on site against approved specifications and standards. Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic, pressure, and performance tests. Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records. Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions. Maintain QA/QC documentation, records, and quality dossiers. Prepare inspection requests and coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors. Review material test certificates, calibration certificates, and vendor documents. Prepare final quality turnover packages and project close-out documentation. Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams. Attend quality meetings and provide technical support on quality matters. Liaise with clients and consultants regarding inspection and testing requirements.
