Job Summary

Lead QA/QC for data center construction projects; manage level 1-3 commissioning procedures and oversee the commissioning process to support data center build-outs. Coordinate with Engineering and Construction teams to drive the commissioning schedule, report status to senior leadership and clients, and ensure site readiness for 99.999% uptime. Oversee vendors, sub-contractors, and facility staff; develop and approve MOPs and procedures for DC build; review SOPs, perform site walk-throughs to ensure adherence to company standards, and manage client communications and relationships. Develop operational procedures and documentation, conduct analyses, and produce reports on critical facility operations and maintenance. Travel as required and coordinate with Design/Construction teams to implement industry best practices in critical environment programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience
  • Certifications as a Cx Professional (BCxP, CxA, CCP, etc.) a plus
  • NETA / NICET certification a plus
  • Journeyman or Master’s License in MEP a plus
  • 5-10+ years of data center facility construction and commissioning experience
  • 3-5 years of QA/QC, Commissioning, MEP Coordination, or related experience
  • Experience with BIM 360 / ACC, CxAlloy, end user ACMS as necessary
  • Previous experience with GC or 3rd Party CxA Company a huge plus
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Open to travel; relocation available
