QA/QC Engineer - Civil | Saudi Arabia

Conduct daily on-site surveillance to identify, document, and communicate deficiencies, ensuring subcontractors adhere to Inspection and Test Plans. Verify material inspections and coordinate with consultants to ensure compliance with specifications, Saudi building code, and international standards such as ASTM and ACI. Prepare and submit schedules, submittals, and method statements while maintaining accurate documentation of all QA QC activities. Analyze status of inspections and tests to prepare trend reports on submittals, identified deficiencies, and Non-Conformance Reports for the project team. Lead the inspection team to implement corrective actions for site NCRs and facilitate project closeout procedures. Requires 9 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer with residential and infrastructure project knowledge.
