QA/QC Electrical Inspector

Job Summary
QA/QC Electrical Inspector responsible for inspecting, accepting or rejecting work in the electrical discipline in compliance with applicable Codes and project specifications; perform quality audits, witness inspections and ITPs, monitor installation and testing of electrical and instrument equipment, report non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions, maintain documentation, and provide technical input in project meetings while ensuring safety and alignment with the Project Quality Plan.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ minimum experience in a specific craft or working under a formal Quality Management System.
- 3 years' electrical experience preferred.
- ACI certification preferred and other discipline specific inspection process (e.g., AWS CWI, ASNT Level II, NACE etc.) may be considered.
- Should be familiar with ASME Sec. VIII, Sec. IX, B31.1, B31.3, API 650/653, 1104 Codes.
- Strong understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes and standards and their impact on project activities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; good computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
