QA / QC Controller

Job Summary
QA / QC Controller responsible for carrying out consistent and rigorous quality checks on documents, supporting the implementation and application of internal QA/QC standards across construction projects, monitoring compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and client requirements, identifying quality issues and non-conformances, supporting site teams and subcontractors to implement corrective and preventative actions, promoting quality awareness and workmanship, reducing defects and rework by ensuring works align with established benchmarks, and supporting audits, inspections and reporting on quality performance.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years prior experience in quality assurance or quality control within the construction sector
- Multi-tasking, self motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Have good practical organisational skills, planning of resources and programme scheduling
- Be able to provide both summarised and detailed reports on current activities
- IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Demonstrable experience in construction contracts
- Good command of written and spoken English
- A good communicator and motivator with the ability to communicate across all levels.
