Job Summary
QA Manual and Automation Testing Engineer II at JPMorganChase within the Payments Technology Group. You will contribute to an agile team that designs, develops, and troubleshoots software components to deliver secure, stable, and scalable products. Responsibilities include providing accurate testing estimates, documenting and executing test scenarios using Business Driven Development, leveraging Selenium/Cucumber for automated end-to-end testing, collaborating with Operations, Product, and Technology teams, accelerating testing processes, monitoring and reporting defects, and presenting results for internal sign-off.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
- 2+ years of experience with Manual/Automation testing
- Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
- Experience in Agile project delivery
- Experience defining requirements, document user stories, and execute test scripts with a strong understanding of testing processes
- Experience managing multiple projects and personnel to meet stakeholder expectations, while building and nurturing relationships across business lines and locations
- Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Experience with processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Bachelor's degree in a technology related field
- Experience with functional and regression testing within the Financial Services industry
- Working understanding of public cloud
