Job Summary
QA Manager to supervise a QA team (4-5 direct reports) in a sauce/dressings facility, ensuring GMP/SSOP compliance and USDA/FDA regulation adherence. Responsibilities include reading/analyzing formulas, writing product specs and procedures, data collection/analysis, laboratory analysis, HACCP development, and maintaining the Document Management Program. Must oversee QA checks, audits, USDA paperwork, allergen management, and uphold safe, sanitary practices; requires strong communication, organization, and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a regulated food-production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
