Job Summary
The QA Manager leads the Quality Assurance function for Jesta I.S. Vision Suite, managing a team of test analysts, automation engineers, and manual testers. This role involves developing QA strategies, overseeing full QA lifecycle, driving test automation strategies with tools like Selenium and Cypress, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must have extensive experience in QA for enterprise products, with leadership capabilities and a strong background in ERP systems. The position includes responsibilities for managing QA metrics and KPIs, coaching team members, and ensuring rigorous validation for global retail clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years in QA for enterprise/SaaS products
- 3+ years in QA team leadership/management
- strong functional knowledge of ERP/retail/supply-chain or multi-module enterprise apps
- hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and test management tools
- experience in Agile teams

- ISTQB (Foundation/Advanced)
- CSM or Agile testing certifications
- management/leadership training
- retail ERP domain experience
- API testing expertise
- CI/CD integration experience
- cloud/microservices background
