Role emphasizes risk assessment and mitigation, cross-functional coordination with QA leadership and stakeholders, staffing forecasting and forecasting controllable R&D expenses, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting of QA data to leadership. Experience with Unreal environments is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a QA team in a AAA QA environment
- Experience in building staffing plans and managing departmental budgets
- Minimum 7 years’ experience working on AAA PC and Console games as a Quality Assurance Manager
