Job Summary
QA Manager leading QA for new product development in the food industry; coordinates risk assessments and documentation (QAP, process charts, trial/mass production reports), conducts customer-focused QA discussions, trains on QA requirements, coordinates trial and mass production data analysis, supports customer product approvals, and contributes to monthly quality reporting in Griffith Foods' Shanghai/China operations; requires Bachelor-level science degree, 10+ years quality management experience in food, bilingual English/Chinese, and familiarity with QSR NPD systems; strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree required
- Minimum 10 years quality management related experience in the food industry
- preferred experience in new product development with quality background
- Multinational background preferred
- Familiar with QSR new product development system and quality management system
- Professional and effective communication skills in English and Chinese; proficient in MS Office
- Analytical skills
- System thinking in quality system development
- Agile and resilience in ambiguity circumstances
- Good communication with stakeholders
- Ability to define complex problems, collect data, and manage timelines
