Job Summary
Oversee quality assurance processes and change management practices to ensure the reliability, stability, and security of IT systems and applications. Develop QA strategies, policies, and procedures, including test plans and cases for functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts, conduct code reviews, and manage defects with development teams. Establish change management controls, review proposed changes, and coordinate approvals and scheduling to minimize disruption. Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ITIL, and GDPR while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and spiritual integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Must agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Regularly attends a local Bible-believing church
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and quality assurance principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in quality assurance, change management, or a related field within IT
- Experience with testing tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, JMeter) and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks, particularly in the areas of change management and release management
