Job Summary
Develop and establish a future-proof QA and testing strategy for secure, scalable platforms across three growing businesses. Manage test automation, QA tools, and CI/CD integration while defining E2E, API, unit, and performance test approaches. Lead a distributed team of 5–8 QA engineers, fostering ownership and continuous improvement. Drive quality from the start through close collaboration with Engineering and Product, setting group-wide standards and reporting on key metrics. Lead improvements from incident analyses and post-mortems, positioning QA as a driver for quality, speed, and innovation on the Neo-Broker platform. Report directly to the CTO to shape strategy across the group.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als QA Manager, QA Lead oder Head of QA
- Erfahrung im Finanz- bzw. FinTech-Umfeld sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis der Finanzbranche
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Teststrategien, Testautomatisierung und QA-Plattformen
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Definition und Umsetzung von Teststrategien über mehrere Teams hinweg
- Praxiserfahrung mit modernen Engineering-Praktiken und Testframeworks, insbesondere CI/CD, agiler Softwareentwicklung und Shift-Left-Testing
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Coaching-Kompetenzen sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung zu fördern
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
